When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Stonehurst Farm and yourself.

Using your online ticket

Please bring along your digital ticket including booking reference number. This can be on your phone or printed out.   

Prices

The description and price of your tickets will be shown on the website at the time of your order. Prices are inclusive of VAT. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway. Prices displayed on our sites are subject to change without notice.

Refunds and exchanges

General Admission Tickets

We cannot issue refunds for our general admission tickets. 

Event tickets, including our Christmas Weekends

Tickets for our events are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Birthday Parties

Birthday Parties are reserved with a non-refundable £50 deposit. The date of the party can be changed up to two weeks before the booked date, depending on availability.

Annual Passes

Our annual passes are for the sole use of the person named on the pass. They are valid during Leicestershire term time Monday-Friday. The are not valid on weekends, bank holidays or during school holidays. If you have purchased an annual pass online, you will need to bring your confirmation email and collect your pass from the farm shop.

Online Gift Vouchers

Our online gift vouchers can be redeemed online only via our website. They cannot be used as a physical voucher on the farm. Please ensure that you redeem your voucher to purchase a ticket online before visiting the farm.
